Scribe is a specialized intelligence platform used by 94% of the Fortune 500 to capture and operationalize how their teams work, decide, and execute. Founded in 2019, the company has grown to 7 million users across 600,000 businesses, is valued at over $1 billion, and is backed by leading investors.
You will lead Scribe's Strategic Enterprise sales segment, managing a team of 6-8 Strategic Account Executives focused on named F500 accounts across North America. This is a hands-on director role where you own pipeline, forecast, and revenue outcomes while remaining deeply involved in complex deals.
Key responsibilities include: leading and developing a high-performing enterprise sales team; directly engaging in deals to provide executive sponsorship and coaching on multi-stakeholder cycles; building a culture of forecast discipline through consistent pipeline reviews; developing account and territory plans with intentional coverage strategies; recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top enterprise talent; and traveling extensively to support the team in the field.
You should have 5+ years leading front-line enterprise sales teams selling business application software with direct F500 revenue accountability, and 10+ years combined IC and management experience in enterprise sales. You've built sales functions from scratch, closed and coached six and seven-figure ACV deals, and have a track record in emerging technology categories and top-down selling to strategic stakeholders. You operate autonomously in decentralized environments, set direction without waiting for playbooks, and have successfully recruited and developed high-performing enterprise sellers. Experience selling horizontal platforms into multiple verticals and existing F500 relationships are nice-to-haves.
