Salary: USD 180,000 - 225,000 / annual
Jasper is a marketing agents platform that helps enterprises orchestrate AI agents to execute marketing work at scale. The company is trusted by hundreds of enterprises, including nearly 20% of the Fortune 500, and was founded in 2021 with teams across the U.S., Australia, and France.
As Director, Strategic Finance, you will report directly to the CFO and own the financial models, forecasts, and narratives that guide Jasper's investment and scaling decisions. You'll transform complex financial data into actionable insights for the leadership team and board, ensuring the company's financial planning reflects ground-truth business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directly manage the Strategic Finance team, providing coaching and development
- Own and evolve FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Build and maintain Jasper's financial operating model with scenario planning capabilities
- Collaborate with GTM and EPD leaders to align financial plans with actual business performance
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and budget approvals
- Analyze OpEx trends, contractor spend, and usage patterns to identify efficiency opportunities
- Prepare financial materials and analysis for board and executive reporting, presenting findings directly to leadership and the board
You'll bring rigor and structure to financial planning while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This is a high-visibility role with deep ownership over how the company thinks about its financial future.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, including direct management experience
- Ideally within high-growth SaaS companies
- Track record of building financial systems and processes that scale with fast-growing businesses
- Strong analytical rigor paired with ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and board audiences
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with flexibility to shift priorities as the business scales
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
