DocuSign is seeking a Director of Solution Engineering to lead a team of presales managers and solution consultants supporting enterprise sales across North America. This is a people management role reporting to the Senior Director of Presales Solution Consulting.
You will be responsible for building and coaching a high-performing presales team that discovers customer business challenges, designs integrated solutions leveraging DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, and delivers compelling demonstrations to enterprise prospects. Your team will work closely with field sales, customer success, and the broader partner ecosystem to drive adoption and market presence in the geographic (non-vertical) segment.
