Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Director of Sales Engineering to lead the sales engineering organization for the Securiti AI portfolio (acquired by Veeam) across the US Central region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and managing high-performing pre-sales engineering teams, developing technical sales strategies, and driving solution adoption to support revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute comprehensive technical sales strategies aligned with company vision and growth plans, working closely with executive leadership to achieve solution adoption and revenue targets across the US Central region.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales engineering organization, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and professional development.
• Drive enterprise solution cycles from discovery to close, personally engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders at major accounts while enabling the team to do the same. Leverage deep understanding of data security, governance, and privacy architectures.
• Establish and maintain strategic technical relationships with key technology partners and system integrators to expand market reach and enhance solution delivery.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution architectures that showcase Securiti AI's data security posture management (DSPM), data resilience, and AI security capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for the Securiti AI portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform technical strategy and identify opportunities for solution innovation.
