First Due is hiring a Director of Sales Enablement to partner with the go-to-market team and drive measurable revenue outcomes. This is a player-coach role where success is measured on rep ramp time, certification completion, and win rates—not training volume delivered. In the first 6–12 months, you will write the sales playbook and execute it hands-on: leading live training sessions, reviewing call recordings, sitting in on demos, and building a tiered certification program (trade-show fluency, demo certification, full-suite certification) before scaling. You own time-to-first-deal for new account executives, designing onboarding around real pipeline and live customer conversations rather than slide decks. Key responsibilities include: **Rep Ramp & Productivity**: Build onboarding and certification programs that get new hires selling early. Create tiered credentials with live evaluated practice at each level. **AI-Driven Coaching at Scale**: With 30+ reps and one enablement leader, you will implement AI-powered call analysis, coaching loops, and content personalization. Stand up weekly coaching dashboards that surface deal risk, demo quality, talk-track adherence, and discovery gaps to each rep and their Regional Sales Director. Build reusable AI assistants for objection handling, battlecards, discovery prep, and account research. Every tool must tie to an outcome (win rate, ramp time, activity quality). **Product & Competitive Fluency**: Ensure every AE can deliver a 15-minute product overview across the full suite (RMS, ePCR, scheduling, training, command, reporting) at a trade show without a solution consultant. Build competitive playbooks and displacement plays. **Content & Sales Tools**: Audit existing collateral in the first 60 days. Keep what converts, rebuild or retire the rest. Establish a single source of truth for decks, pricing sheets, and battlecards. Ensure every tool has an owner, adoption target, and connection to a sales metric before renewal. **Sales Leadership Partnership**: Sit in weekly leadership stand-ups and monthly business reviews. Coach the four Regional Sales Directors to improve their own coaching. Maintain tight loops with Solution Consulting and Product on demo discipline, sandbox usage, and feature enablement. You should have 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement, sales engineering, or sales management, with at least 3 years owning enablement outcomes. You can point to concrete wins: ramp time reduced, win rates moved, certification programs that changed how reps sell. You have hands-on experience with Gong or similar platforms, modern outbound tooling, LMS platforms, and CRM workflow design. You are already building custom GPTs, automating call review, and using AI for coaching and content—not just reading about it. Field credibility is a plus: a background as a high-performing AE, sales manager, or sales engineer will help reps trust you faster. Experience selling into public safety, healthcare, govtech, or other vertical/regulated markets is a strong advantage. You are comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a perfect org chart or finished tech stack.
