Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the Securiti AI portfolio across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Following Veeam's acquisition of Securiti AI, a leader in AI-powered data security posture management (DSPM), this role is critical to driving double-digit revenue growth and establishing market leadership.
You will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company vision and growth plans, targeting revenue and market penetration goals across DACH. You'll build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include establishing Securiti AI as the leading provider of Data and AI Security, Privacy, and Compliance solutions in the region.
Key accountabilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Build and lead high-performing sales teams
- Mentor and develop sales talent
- Establish Securiti AI as the market leader in data and AI security solutions
- Work closely with executive leadership to align sales objectives with company strategy
