You will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Rippling's Platform, including Rippling AI, developer offerings, and the infrastructure connecting HR, IT, Finance, and Spend. This is a leadership role requiring movement between strategy and execution—setting the narrative for how Rippling communicates its platform and AI capabilities, then translating that into sharp positioning, proof points, field enablement, and distribution strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Own platform positioning and develop/sharpen the core value proposition for Rippling's platform, data, and AI offerings
- Build and deploy differentiating AI narratives that help the market understand Rippling's unique approach
- Lead launch strategy end-to-end: own launch briefs, messaging, and go-to-market plans for major product releases, partnering with Product, Sales, Enablement, Demand Gen, and Content
- Create field-ready enablement including talk tracks, competitive battlecards, demo narratives, and proof points
- Partner deeply with Product and Engineering leadership to understand/influence roadmap and bring products from development to launch
- Develop and manage a high-performing product marketing team: hire, coach, and grow the PMM organization; build operating cadence and maintain high standards
- Define and track leading and lagging indicators for messaging and launch effectiveness
Rippling values in-office collaboration; office-based employees are expected to work in-office at least three days per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience with direct experience marketing platform, data, or AI products
- Track record of building clear narratives for technical or platform products and translating them into messaging that resonates with both technical and business buyers
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing product marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Deep comfort partnering with Product and Engineering leadership
- Experience building and scaling field enablement across talk tracks, competitive positioning, and objection handling
- Excellent written communication skills with obsession for precision and clarity
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and ability to thrive in ambiguity
