Linx Security is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy in the Identity Security space. This is a strategic leadership role bridging product, sales, customer success, and demand generation teams.
You will own customer advocacy by conducting interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to deeply understand the needs of security, IT, and compliance teams. You'll develop compelling positioning and messaging frameworks for products, personas, and features, ensuring consistent narratives across demand generation, SDR, sales, and channel partner programs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, synthesizing insights from interviews, market research, and sales engagement to inform strategy.
• Strategic Messaging: Create positioning frameworks and tailored messaging for different buyer personas and use cases, collaborating closely with product and sales teams.
• Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver product knowledge, sales collateral (playbooks, sales plays, pitch decks), and training to empower the entire go-to-market organization.
• Product Launch Management: Lead end-to-end product and feature launches, coordinating across product, demand generation, sales, and customer success.
• Market Education: Partner with demand generation on content strategy, producing blogs, whitepapers, webpages, demos, and videos that educate the market and drive demand.
You bring deep experience in Identity Security or adjacent security/enterprise software spaces. You're comfortable with startup intensity, can go deep on technical product details, and engage directly with sales engineers on demos. You're skilled at using AI tools pragmatically without over-reliance, and you excel at prioritization and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
