Bestow is a leading vertical technology platform serving major life insurers, unifying the fragmented legacy value chain to enable carriers to launch products in weeks instead of years. The company is backed by top-tier investors including Goldman Sachs, Hedosophia, NEA, Valar, and 8VC.
As Director of Product Marketing, you will set platform positioning strategy and lead go-to-market execution for Bestow's most important launches. Reporting to the CMO, you'll work closely with the executive team and cross-functional stakeholders to shape how the company's innovation narrative evolves alongside the business.
Key responsibilities include: owning Bestow's platform positioning and messaging strategy; leading go-to-market strategy and execution for major product launches; building proactive partnerships across Product, Sales, and Communications to align stakeholders early; setting strategy and quality standards for sales enablement, pitch decks, battle cards, and competitive intelligence; bringing market and competitive insight into executive conversations to influence roadmap and business strategy; establishing measurement frameworks connecting product marketing to pipeline and win rates; and growing the product marketing function by recruiting and developing team members.
You'll have real autonomy to set direction and significant influence over how leadership thinks about market strategy. The role requires taking complex, technical platform capabilities and translating them into clear narratives for sophisticated enterprise audiences. You'll drive launches and narratives at speed while maintaining alignment across competing priorities.
Ideal candidates have significant product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology at a senior/leadership level, with a proven track record of increasing scope. You should be a trusted strategic partner to executives, comfortable shaping company-level narrative and GTM decisions. Experience building and scaling both sales enablement and product marketing teams is essential. Fintech, insurtech, or platform business experience is a strong plus. Fluency with AI tools to accelerate research, content, and GTM speed is valued.
