Reporting to the VP of Product for Diligent Market Intelligence, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Stewardship Intelligence—a core data product serving institutional asset managers, stewardship and governance professionals, compensation advisers, consultants, and corporate issuers. This role combines product management and research leadership, requiring substantial domain expertise in stewardship, proxy voting, corporate governance, executive compensation, investor relations, or closely related capital markets domains.
You will own and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the Stewardship Intelligence portfolio, which covers shareholder meeting intelligence, executive compensation data, corporate governance insights, and proxy-voting intelligence. You will translate customer and market needs into clear product priorities, improve how research is performed at scale, and ensure that Stewardship Intelligence remains trusted, timely, and valuable to its users.
Key responsibilities include leading both product management and research functions, driving product strategy aligned with market and customer needs, managing the product roadmap, and maintaining the quality and relevance of intelligence offerings. This is a domain-led role where deep capital markets expertise is essential to success. You will work cross-functionally to enhance product capabilities and ensure competitive positioning in the governance intelligence space.
