Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy-efficient compute layer for the world's most ambitious AI workloads. They own the full stack from power generation through cloud services.
As Director of Portfolio Product Marketing, you'll be the connective tissue between product marketing and the sales organization. Your core mission: take a dense technical roadmap and translate it into a coherent narrative that sellers can confidently deliver to customers.
You'll own the portfolio-level sales story across Crusoe's datacenter, infrastructure, training, and inference products. This means synthesizing individual product-line messaging into a unified go-to-market motion, building the first-call deck and the story arc that follows through the customer journey, and arming the field with competitive frameworks and objection-handling plays.
Key responsibilities include: building sales plays that translate product roadmaps into field-ready playbooks; synthesizing product messaging into a portfolio narrative using Command of the Message frameworks; developing training curriculum and field-readiness programs; maintaining competitive battlecards and market intelligence; creating customer-facing content (one-pagers, datasheets, ROI calculators, customer stories); and managing content repositories to ensure version control and discoverability.
You'll work closely with product-line PMMs (synthesizing, not duplicating their work), Revenue Enablement, Product leadership, and the sales team. Success means the field voluntarily uses your content because it actually works.
Required: 10+ years in product marketing, ideally in cloud infrastructure, AI, or ML. Deep technical understanding of AI/ML infrastructure (training vs. inference workloads, compute evaluation). Fluency with sales messaging frameworks (Command of the Message preferred). Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical sellers. Real understanding of enterprise sales workflows and why most enablement content fails. Experience synthesizing work across teams while maintaining a portfolio view.
Strong plus: prior infrastructure, semiconductor, or AI platform company experience; background as sales engineer, solutions architect, or technical seller.
