RingCentral, a global leader in agentic voice AI-powered business communications with $2.5B+ in ARR, is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale the company's full-funnel paid performance engine. In this senior leadership role, you will drive measurable top-of-funnel and mid-funnel pipeline impact across a multi-channel performance marketing strategy. You'll own the complete performance marketing ecosystem spanning SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta), Programmatic, Display, CTV/OLV, and Affiliate Marketing—all aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing multi-channel performance marketing strategy with full accountability for pipeline and revenue impact - Leading an in-house performance marketing team and managing two external agency partners, ensuring execution quality and measurable results - Managing eight-figure annual media budgets with rigorous spend efficiency, continuous optimization, and clear ROI accountability - Building a comprehensive full-funnel measurement ecosystem (impression to MQL to pipeline) in partnership with Analytics and Marketing Ops - Driving a structured test-and-learn agenda across creative, targeting, keyword strategy, bidding, and landing pages - Championing AI tools and automation to improve workflow efficiency, audience targeting, bidding intelligence, and performance forecasting You bring 10+ years of performance marketing experience with hands-on expertise across SEM, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate channels. B2B SaaS experience is required. You have a demonstrated track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact through multi-channel paid programs at scale, with full-funnel KPI ownership (MQL, Pipeline, Bookings, ROAS). You've spent 8+ years managing in-house teams and external agency relationships, building high-performing, accountable teams. You're proficient with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate tracking tools. You're skilled with reporting and attribution platforms (Tableau, SFDC, GA4) and can translate performance data into compelling business narratives for senior stakeholders. Desired qualifications include familiarity with CTV/OLV measurement, advanced audience segmentation, affiliate program compliance, and hands-on use of AI tools for marketing optimization. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
