The company has 30,000+ customers (including 100+ Fortune 500 companies), $5.8B valuation, and $1B+ annualized bookings. As Director of Sales for the NYC office and Northeast region, you will own the region's culture, operations, and path to $50M+ annual revenue within two fiscal years. You'll lead and develop a team of 5+ Regional Sales Managers and 40+ Account Executives, responsible for hiring, mentoring, and driving revenue performance. Key responsibilities include: owning the Northeast office culture and revenue trajectory; leading a team of regional managers and account executives; building leadership bench strength ahead of headcount growth; running weekly forecast calls, pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning; coaching managers on talent decisions, performance management, and succession planning; partnering cross-functionally with Channel, Recruiting, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product; and providing executive leadership with clear, unvarnished business insights. You'll need 10+ years in B2B sales with 4+ years as a second-line leader. Ideal candidates have a proven track record building sales organizations that exceed targets, scaling teams through significant headcount growth, and deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, capacity planning, and territory design. You should be comfortable in high-growth environments, excel at sales and leadership coaching, influence cross-functionally without direct authority, and are willing to travel ~30% to customers and events. This is a full-time, in-office role requiring five days per week onsite. Bachelor's degree preferred.
