Salary: USD 336,000 - 420,000 / annual
Decagon is a conversational AI platform enabling enterprises to deploy AI agents for customer support and operations across voice, chat, email, SMS, and other channels. Clients include Avis Budget Group, Block (Cash App/Square), Chime, Oura Health, and Hunter Douglas.
You will join the founding sales leadership team as Director of Enterprise Sales, reporting to the VP of Sales. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on scaling sales operations, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing enterprise sales team. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing top enterprise account executives while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company's values: Just Get It Done, Invent What Customers Want, Winner's Mindset, and The Polymath Principle.
Key responsibilities include managing sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting; identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities; developing territory plans and effective sales playbooks; and driving large deal cycles from planning through close. You will work cross-functionally to develop and execute programs that advance the company's vision and financial impact.
Required experience: 4+ years managing and leading sales teams in B2B or SaaS environments with a track record of exceeding targets. You should be trained in MEDDPICC or similar value-selling frameworks and have expertise in sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Preferred qualifications include territory planning expertise, proven ability to drive large deal processes, and experience in rapidly growing startup or tech environments where adaptability is essential.
