You'll partner across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, Recruiting, and L&D to ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge, tools, processes, and content needed to deliver exceptional experiences and drive business results. Key responsibilities include: designing and continuously improving onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp time; developing ongoing training in product knowledge, consultative selling, and objection handling; creating certifications and learning paths; analyzing sales performance trends to identify enablement opportunities; reviewing call recordings and customer interactions to surface best practices and build repeatable playbooks; tracking enablement metrics and their impact on conversion and win rates; partnering with Product Marketing to translate positioning into sales playbooks and talk tracks; collaborating with Product Management on product launch readiness; working with Marketing on campaign consistency; supporting Revenue Operations on CRM adoption and process improvements; and gathering frontline feedback to inform GTM strategy. You'll own sales enablement content including playbooks, call scripts, objection-handling guides, competitive battle cards, and knowledge resources. You'll ensure teams have easy access to current, accurate materials and develop scalable communication plans for launches and organizational changes. You'll also own or co-own enablement tooling to help teams find resources quickly. The ideal candidate brings prior experience carrying an individual sales quota or serving in a consultative customer-facing role (Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or similar), with firsthand understanding of building customer trust and navigating objections.
