Key responsibilities include: - Building and scaling an enterprise sales team from the ground up or expanding an existing one - Coaching and developing sales talent, with a focus on quota attainment and professional growth - Driving disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews - Leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with C-suite healthcare buyers - Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to refine go-to-market strategy - Contributing to hiring decisions, sales strategy, and operational excellence as the company scales You should have proven experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments, with a track record of hiring and developing Account Executives. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Force Management is expected. You thrive in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments where you can lead from the front and drive measurable impact. Tennr operates from a new office at 345 Hudson Street in Hudson Square, with an expectation of 4 days/week in-office collaboration.
