As Director of Sales at Amenitiz, you will lead commercial performance across France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and expanding EMEA markets. Reporting to the CRO, you will oversee a multi-layered sales organization including Sales Managers, Team Leads, BDRs, SDRs, and Account Executives, with full accountability for regional revenue and MRR performance. Key responsibilities include defining and executing sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives; owning revenue forecasting, target-setting, and pipeline management across all markets; developing scalable processes and playbooks for consistency; and partnering with RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market priorities. You will build and develop the commercial leadership layer, drive hiring and organizational structuring, establish a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, and serve as the critical link between frontline teams and executive leadership. You will own the commercial engine—allocating budget across markets, channels, and headcount for maximum ROI; designing team structures and headcount plans with clear unit economics; and driving the revenue outlook by owning assumptions on ASP, channel mix, win rate, and pipeline conversion. You will track and report on key metrics including new MRR, ASP, win rate, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and rep productivity to inform organizational decision-making. Required qualifications include 6–7+ years in senior sales leadership within high-growth SaaS or B2B environments, with proven experience building and scaling sales organizations. You must have managed multi-layered sales teams through Sales Managers and Team Leads, not just individual contributors. A strong track record in high-volume SMB sales is essential, ideally with experience selling to independent businesses, hospitality, travel tech, or comparable ICPs. You should be comfortable with revenue models, unit economics, forecasting, and consistently hitting recurring revenue targets. Multi-market and distributed team leadership experience across different cultures and geographies is required. Fluency in English plus at least one of French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is mandatory. Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is expected. You should be highly analytical, structured, execution-focused, with strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
