Clarity Pediatrics is a Series A healthtech company redefining pediatric chronic care by delivering virtual multi-specialty care for children with conditions like ADHD, allergies, asthma, and obesity. As Director of Provider Growth Marketing, you will own the marketing strategy and execution that drives provider referrals—the core engine of Clarity's growth. Reporting to the CMO, you'll build a scalable provider go-to-market engine in partnership with Sales, Clinical Leadership, Enterprise Partnerships, Product, and executive leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and optimize marketing programs that increase provider adoption, referral volume, and long-term account engagement, defining the playbook for scalable provider growth.
- Own the full provider journey: communications, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and channel strategy to create an exceptional experience from first touch through long-term partnership.
- Develop scalable provider education programs including webinars, clinical presentations, speaking engagements, and thought leadership positioning Clarity as the trusted chronic care partner.
- Build world-class sales enablement: create messaging, content, tools, and assets that help physician liaisons and enterprise teams win new business and launch clinical programs.
- Drive event and field marketing strategy, maximizing impact of conferences, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities with repeatable programs that generate pipeline and deepen relationships.
- Define provider marketing metrics, build reporting for funnel visibility, and use data to continuously improve engagement and ROI.
- Champion AI-first marketing: lead adoption of AI and automation across provider marketing to improve speed, personalization, campaign performance, and team productivity.
This is a builder role requiring you to define strategy while executing hands-on, testing new ideas, learning from market feedback, and scaling what works.
