Clarity Pediatrics is transforming pediatric specialty care by partnering with pediatricians to deliver evidence-based care for children with chronic conditions like ADHD, allergies, asthma, and obesity. The company has raised $25M in Series A funding from leading VCs and is scaling virtual access to multi-specialty care.
As Director of Provider Growth Marketing, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and own the marketing strategy, systems, and execution that accelerate provider referrals—the primary engine of Clarity's growth. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical Leadership, Enterprise Partnerships, Product, and executive leadership to design a scalable provider go-to-market engine.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and optimize marketing programs that increase provider adoption, referral volume, and long-term account engagement, defining the playbook for scalable provider growth.
- Build the communications, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and channel strategy that create an exceptional experience from first touch through long-term partnership.
- Develop scalable education programs—webinars, clinical presentations, speaking engagements, and thought leadership—that position Clarity as the trusted chronic care referral partner.
- Create messaging, content, tools, and sales enablement assets that help physician liaisons and enterprise teams win new business and grow existing partnerships.
- Drive event and field marketing strategy, maximizing the impact of conferences, regional events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
- Define metrics, build reporting dashboards, and use data to continuously improve engagement, referral growth, and marketing ROI.
- Lead adoption of AI and automation across provider marketing to improve speed, personalization, campaign performance, and team productivity.
