Cyera is hiring a Director of Product Marketing to own go-to-market strategy for its services portfolio, including DataWatcher (a managed service) and three proactive assessment offerings: Data Risk Assessment, AI Security Readiness Assessment, and Incident Materiality Assessment. This is a senior individual-contributor role with strategic scope reporting into the broader product marketing organization.
You will define how Cyera positions services alongside its core data security platform, transform expert-led service offerings into repeatable and scalable pipeline drivers, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Services, and the Chief Security Officer's team to make services a core adoption and expansion lever for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for DataWatcher and each proactive assessment, clarifying how each connects to the Cyera platform and to one another.
• Build a services narrative that resonates with CISOs, security leaders, data and AI governance owners, and practitioners who evaluate and run these programs.
• Own the complete go-to-market plan for each offering: target audience, use cases, entry points, sales motion, and success metrics.
• Position proactive assessments as entry points that drive platform adoption and paid services engagements; design the customer journey connecting them.
• Lead product launches and relaunches, including new assessment variants and responses to market events (e.g., new AI regulation, high-profile breaches).
• Create sales and partner enablement materials: solution briefs, datasheets, pitch decks, FAQs, objection handling guides, battlecards, and ROI/business-case tools.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Content teams to run campaigns, webinars, and events that convert services interest into qualified pipeline.
• Develop meaningful content supporting demand generation and sales engagement: ebooks, videos, website content, webinars, and thought leadership.
