Cyera is a cloud-native data security platform trusted by Fortune 1000 companies to protect sensitive data in modern enterprise environments. The company is at the forefront of addressing the convergence of identity security, data security, and AI safety—a critical challenge as AI agents increasingly execute autonomous actions using inherited human and machine identities.
As Director of Product Marketing for Identity Security, you will own the complete go-to-market strategy for Cyera's Identity Security solutions. This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the VP of Marketing or CMO, responsible for defining how Cyera positions itself at the intersection of identity, data, and AI security.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute the full go-to-market strategy for the Identity Security product line, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
• Own strategic storytelling and category definition, crafting narratives that differentiate Cyera and establish thought leadership in the emerging identity-data-AI security space.
• Translate complex technical capabilities (agent identity governance, permission inheritance, machine-speed access control) into compelling customer narratives for both executive and technical buyers.
• Partner closely with Product Management to ensure messaging aligns with product roadmap and customer needs; collaborate with Engineering to understand technical depth.
• Create high-impact sales enablement materials: presentations, case studies, whitepapers, competitive battle cards, and demo scripts.
• Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, competitive positioning, and industry trends shaping identity and AI security.
• Work with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing to develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and lead generation.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader through blog posts, webinars, videos, speaking engagements, and industry events.
• Measure and optimize all product marketing initiatives using data-driven insights; report on campaign performance and ROI.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in identity security (IAM, PAM, or adjacent domains), understands modern AI architectures and non-human identity challenges, and excels at translating technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with buyers.
