Omnifold is a Series B AI-centric supply chain planning platform competing in a $30B TAM against entrenched advanced planning systems. As Director of Product Marketing, you will own the complete product marketing function and report directly to the CMO. Your core responsibilities span four pillars: (1) Positioning and messaging architecture—crafting differentiated narratives that work across all levels from tagline to ad copy and sales enablement; (2) Product marketing and launches—bringing products to market, naming capabilities, defining use cases, and building repeatable launch motions; (3) Insights and storytelling—developing vertical-specific narratives that resonate with different buyer personas (e.g., CPG vs. pharma supply chain leaders) across all channels; (4) Campaign architecture—defining and executing campaigns with the head of demand gen that are creative, ambitious, and drive measurable action. You will start as an individual contributor with significant scope, building a team as the company scales. The first-year roadmap is roughly: lock positioning in the first 90 days, launch demand planning as proof of concept, develop vertical narratives and sales plays, and maintain a steady cadence of published thought leadership. This sequence is a starting point—you're expected to challenge it if needed. You bring 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience with a proven track record of launching products (not just messaging existing ones). You can learn complex technical domains quickly and explain them simply. You've written positioning that survived market contact and can articulate what worked and what didn't. You're opinionated, enjoy creating content, and want to build something special. Supply chain experience and familiarity with AI-based systems are nice-to-haves. Role is in-office in San Francisco, five days per week.
