Heidi Health is an AI-powered care partner platform that works alongside clinicians to improve healthcare delivery. In 18 months, the company has supported 73 million patient visits across 116 countries, with over 2 million patient visits weekly powered by Heidi. Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, Heidi partners with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health, and is expanding across the US, UK, Canada, and Europe.
As Director of Product Marketing, you will own positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement for Heidi's clinical AI product suite. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities include: developing clear, differentiated positioning and messaging across Heidi's products for diverse audiences (clinicians, clinical/operational/IT buyers, executives); owning go-to-market strategy for major product launches including target audience definition, launch planning, sales readiness, and success metrics; building customer and market intelligence through research, win/loss analysis, and competitive positioning; creating sales enablement materials including pitch decks, collateral, solution briefs, and demo narratives; and staying close to the field to understand what resonates with buyers and where deals encounter friction.
You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate product capabilities and customer outcomes into compelling market narratives. You'll use customer research, competitive insights, and commercial performance data to inform product strategy and GTM decisions. Success means Heidi has clear positioning across priority products, repeatable launch approaches that drive adoption and revenue impact, Sales has the tools and intelligence to win, and Product Marketing measurably contributes to adoption, pipeline, and win rates.
Required: 7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, healthcare, or complex technology; proven track record independently owning positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy end-to-end; experience launching products and supporting complex sales motions; exceptional writing and storytelling skills; strong customer and commercial instincts; ability to operate as a senior IC setting direction and producing work yourself; comfort moving fast with imperfect information in high-growth environments. Bonus: healthcare/health tech/clinical software experience; AI product launch experience; enterprise health system sales experience.
