Fixify is a Series A AI-native IT automation platform built specifically for managed service providers (MSPs). The company addresses a core MSP pain point: more support tickets than available technicians, with margins that hinge on ticket resolution efficiency.
As Director of Product Management, you will own the complete MSP product strategy, roadmap, and execution. This is a player-coach role combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will hire and develop product managers while also personally conducting customer discovery, writing requirements, running pricing analysis, and driving launches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end MSP product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and packaging
- Conducting customer research directly with MSP partners to ground decisions in market insights
- Setting priorities for Engineering and Data Science teams
- Defining success metrics and measuring adoption, operational impact, and business results
- Driving integration roadmap across PSA and RMM platforms
- Partnering with Operations to identify high-volume, high-cost work and prioritize automation that reduces cost-to-serve
- Shaping pricing and packaging using business cases and unit economics
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy
- Building and coaching a product management team as the business scales
- Establishing a product development process with Engineering that balances speed and quality
You will have direct visibility into impact: Fixify's own operations team runs on the platform, so shipped features immediately show up in real tickets, outcomes, and margin improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building products sold to or through MSPs
- Deep understanding of MSP business models, revenue streams, and where margins erode
- Experience leading people (product managers preferred, but Engineering/technical/Operations leadership considered)
- Experience shipping AI or LLM-based features to production, or strong understanding of production AI challenges
- Familiarity with MSP technology ecosystem: PSA, RMM, IT documentation platforms
- Plus: hands-on experience with ConnectWise, Autotask/Datto, HaloPSA, N-able, NinjaOne, Kaseya
- Plus: prior work at an MSP or IT service provider
- Plus: experience building technology-enabled service products where automation directly improves gross margin
