Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 / annual
Endor Labs is building an Application Security platform that helps teams identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks in complex, dependency-rich software. The platform creates a call graph of entire software estates and secures code whether written by humans or AI, from legacy C++ to modern monorepos. The company is Series B-funded by Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures, and was founded by serial entrepreneurs Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis.
As Director of Product Design, you will own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows to polished UI. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to implement new features and refine existing ones, bringing clarity to complex user experiences as the product evolves and scales. You'll create and maintain a clean, modern visual language aligned with Endor design principles, working closely with the Head of Design to articulate and evolve those principles. A key focus is ensuring users understand what to do intuitively, without needing explicit guidance.
This is a full-stack design role requiring expertise spanning user research, interaction design, and visual design. You'll demonstrate results delivering delightful security and developer experiences via a SaaS service. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showing both visual polish and UX depth, with a passion for building intuitive, beautiful products that are a joy to use.
Bonus experience includes building developer-centric and/or cybersecurity-centric product experiences, designing self-service workflows for rapid product adoption, and understanding product-led growth strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–8+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual polish and UX depth
- Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of areas, delivering beyond expectations
