Fabric Health is seeking a Director of Payer Sales to lead and execute growth strategy within the health plan (payer) vertical. The company provides intelligent automation and clinical workflow solutions that improve healthcare delivery efficiency for leading health systems including Intermountain Health, OSF HealthCare, and MUSC Health. Backed by premier investors including Thrive Capital, GV (Google Ventures), and General Catalyst, Fabric Health is building the next generation of healthcare operations technology. In this role, you will own the strategic development of the payer market from the ground up, driving revenue through trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at national health plans. You will identify and engage key decision-makers, develop robust sales pipelines through outbound prospecting and marketing collaboration, and lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through deal closure. Your responsibilities include delivering compelling presentations on virtual care and digital health solutions, navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations, and managing accurate pipeline forecasting in CRM systems. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, solution design, product, and clinical experts to create compelling sales materials and accelerate deal velocity. The role emphasizes leveraging AI-driven sales tools for prospecting and pipeline optimization, collecting field intelligence on market trends and competitive dynamics, and sharing customer insights to inform product strategy and roadmaps. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience with demonstrated success selling virtual care, telehealth, or digital health platforms into health plans. You should have a track record of exceeding quota in high-growth environments, strong executive communication and presentation skills, and comfort navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying processes. This is a self-starter role requiring territory management autonomy, strategic thinking, and enthusiasm for building market presence in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment. Experience with SaaS, healthcare IT, or healthcare services sales cycles and negotiating large strategic deals is essential.
