As Director of Marketing, you will own the marketing engine that carries Qualified Health's story to health system CEOs and executives. You will report into Commercial leadership while working cross-functionally across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Marketing Strategy & Operations: Set the marketing strategy and operating plan aligned with CEO, Commercial, and Product teams. Own the marketing budget and resource allocation, making clear strategic investments. Establish the marketing operating system including target accounts, funnel definitions, attribution, dashboards, and marketing tech stack.
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement: Support go-to-market product launches with messaging and sales enablement. Develop materials translating platform capabilities into business cases for health system leaders. Build executive-ready deliverables for C-suite workshops and board presentations. Maintain competitive context including battlecards and objection handling. Ensure consistency across external-facing commercial content.
Brand & Strategic Positioning: Analyze market trends, competitor language, and regulatory changes to sharpen unique value proposition. Develop narratives resonating with health system executives navigating AI adoption. Carry company positioning consistently across website, collateral, sales conversations, and press. Manage corporate website as strategic surface for positioning and demand generation. Steward brand visual identity and voice across all external touchpoints.
Communications, Content & Customer Advocacy: Own earned media strategy and grow share of voice in tier-one healthcare and technology outlets. Manage external communications for major milestones including funding announcements and product launches. Run structured analyst relations program with KLAS, Gartner, and Forrester. Elevate founder and senior leader profiles through executive thought leadership program. Run thought-leadership content engine producing articles, white papers, and webinars. Own customer-proof pipeline, deciding which flagship customer proof points to pursue and working with teams to produce case studies and testimonials.
You will drive measurable, predictable pipeline and revenue through a defensible demand engine with clear targets and healthy mix of inbound and outbound-supporting motion. The scope is broad by design, requiring someone who can operate across multiple workstreams, move fast, and raise quality of everything the commercial team puts in front of partners.
