Adapt is building the platform for enterprise AI agents—infrastructure that connects AI models to company systems, data, people, and workflows. The company is hiring its first dedicated marketing leader to establish Adapt as the category-defining platform for central company agents and convert that attention into qualified demand.
This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting to the CEO. You will own the complete marketing function from narrative development through execution and measurement. Your primary responsibilities include:
**Positioning & Category**: Define Adapt's category narrative, ideal customer profiles, audience-specific positioning, and competitive framing to make the platform legible in the market.
**Product Marketing & Launches**: Translate product capabilities into clear stories, use cases, and sales narratives targeting both technical practitioners and executives. Own product launch strategy and execution.
**Customer Proof**: Build systems to capture, organize, and distribute customer stories, demonstrations, and evidence of business impact in a permissioned, scalable way.
**Demand Generation**: Create and capture qualified demand through founder voice, content marketing, community building, events, partner programs, and targeted campaigns.
**Brand & Distribution**: Maintain high standards across all public touchpoints. Establish consistent operating cadence for content, launches, and multi-channel distribution.
**Measurement & Operations**: Partner with sales and leadership on attribution and funnel definitions. Build systems and operating rhythms around channels that produce qualified pipeline.
You will work directly with the CEO, Product, Engineering, Sales, and customers. The role is hands-on—you will set strategy, write core narratives, ship work, and build systems around what proves effective. You're expected to use Adapt itself and frontier AI tools to enhance marketing research, creation, distribution, measurement, and learning while maintaining originality and quality.
