Jane is a high-growth SaaS company serving healthcare clinics and practitioners across North America. As Director of Growth Marketing (SMB & Self Serve), you'll lead the demand generation function for Jane's self-serve and SMB segments, owning paid media, website experience, and lifecycle marketing programs.
You'll manage a team of three channel experts today with room to scale, and partner closely with growth product, design, engineering, and sales teams. Key responsibilities include: leading paid media strategy and budget allocation across search, social, direct mail, and emerging channels; optimizing jane.com for conversion and organic discovery (SEO/AEO); designing and executing lifecycle marketing programs from first touch through expansion; and leveraging AI across research, creative testing, campaign optimization, and reporting.
You'll work in a data-driven environment, translating analytics into strategy and partnering with the Marketing Analytics & Operations team to sharpen measurement, KPIs, and attribution. The role balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution—you'll work directly in campaigns, tools, and data, building AI-assisted workflows alongside your team.
Jane is founder-led, remote-first with 900+ employees across Canada, US, and UK. The company is embracing AI to work smarter and improve customer experiences. You'll be deeply connected to customer needs and responsible for driving real business impact through cohesive demand generation that aligns with sales and support outcomes.
Required: 5–7 years in demand gen or growth marketing with proven ability to manage and scale multi-million-dollar budgets. You're deeply analytical, comfortable in data-driven environments, and have expertise in marketing analytics, web optimization, lifecycle, and paid acquisition. You're AI-forward, already using AI tools daily, and have a point of view on AI-driven search and discovery. You have proven success in high-velocity SMB or consumer business models (not just enterprise ABM). You're a strong collaborator with design, product, and development teams, and have a track record of hiring and developing growth marketing talent.
