Frame Security is an AI-native cybersecurity awareness platform that generates personalized training and hyper-realistic simulations tailored to each organization's unique policies, tools, roles, and risks. The company is building the next generation of security awareness training for the AI era, moving beyond static, one-size-fits-all content to deliver contextual, role-specific training that reflects employees' real work.
As Director of Field Marketing, you will establish and scale Frame's field marketing program from the ground up. This is a strategic and operational role requiring a startup-minded marketer who can build programs from scratch, execute with precision, and create meaningful engagement opportunities with security leaders that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and executing Frame's field marketing strategy across conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, customer events, and partner events
- Managing event execution end-to-end: vendor coordination, logistics, travel, booth design, swag, signage, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up
- Driving pipeline generation through creative field marketing initiatives in close partnership with Sales and Partner teams
- Leveraging deep cybersecurity industry knowledge to recommend high-impact events, communities, and sponsorship opportunities
- Collaborating with GTM Systems & Tools teams to ensure accurate lead capture, attribution, campaign measurement, and event ROI
- Managing budgets, timelines, project plans, and reporting with exceptional operational discipline
- Coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Leadership, customers, and partners to ensure seamless alignment and execution
- Equipping sales teams with information, resources, and logistics to maximize event success
- Continuously testing new event formats and engagement strategies to strengthen Frame's presence in the cybersecurity community
The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment with operational rigor, sees the big picture while obsessing over details, and understands the cybersecurity industry landscape well enough to make confident investment recommendations.
