Verisoul is a fraud detection platform that distinguishes real humans from bots and AI for enterprise customers like P&G, Qualtrics, Clay, and VSCO. The company has achieved 9x YoY ARR growth to $5.5M, serves 150+ customers, and recently raised $8.8M in Series A funding. This role owns experiential marketing and events strategy end-to-end. You will develop and execute a full calendar of creative, unconventional activations that generate pipeline and brand lift. Recent examples include purchasing 1,000 Cincinnati Reds tickets for an industry networking event, distributing branded "Vericigs" at conferences, and creating fake retail booth experiences. Key responsibilities include: - Developing event strategy: selecting conferences, designing activations, and inventing proprietary events from scratch - Ideation and creative direction: pitching concepts, defending bold ideas, and pushing past conventional thinking - Full execution ownership: managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, coordinating venues and timelines (with contractor support) - Measuring impact: tracking pipeline sourced from events and brand lift, including deals that trace back to specific activations Success in year one means shipping 2-3 memorable activations that become industry talking points, building a repeatable events playbook and calendar, and generating defensible pipeline for board presentations. You thrive with a portfolio of unconventional campaigns that worked, strong opinions about why, and hands-on execution skills (negotiating venues, writing copy, managing logistics). You understand brand boundaries while working close to irreverent edges. You're strategic yet scrappy, comfortable building processes from scratch in a rapidly scaling environment. This is a mid-senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, but you'll have access to in-house and contractor resources and direct collaboration with leadership, marketing, and sales teams. The role is based in Austin, in-person, five days per week.
