Cyera is an AI trust infrastructure company serving the Fortune 1000, helping enterprises secure their data and adopt AI safely. The company has built foundational data security technology that is now essential infrastructure for major enterprises managing AI risks.
As Director of Executive Communications, you will lead all external communications for Cyera's C-Suite and shape how the company presents itself to the market. This is a senior-level role reporting to executive leadership, responsible for scaling communications strategy across multiple channels and audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
**Executive Communications:** Shape the external voice of Cyera's leadership across contributed content, LinkedIn, keynotes, panels, and press interviews. Prepare executives for high-stakes moments including analyst briefings, media interviews, industry keynotes, and rapid response opportunities, providing key messaging, Q&A prep, and rehearsal. Build narrative and talking points for major company moments such as funding milestones, product launches, leadership changes, and industry inflection points. Act as a trusted advisor on when and how leaders should show up publicly.
**Research & Data Storytelling:** Serve as the primary external communications partner to Cyera Research, translating proprietary data and threat findings into narratives that establish Cyera's authority on data risk and AI security. Lead launch strategy from start to finish for flagship research reports and data-driven publications, owning narrative, timing, and media rollout. Make complex data findings accessible without diluting rigor, working closely with Research, Analyst Relations, and Product Marketing to maintain consistent messaging across audiences.
You will partner closely with the executive bench and organizational leaders to develop differentiated messaging and programs that resonate with priority audiences and elevate Cyera's market position.
**Requirements:** The ideal candidate has run executive communications inside a high-growth tech company and has demonstrated instinct for turning compelling stories into industry-defining narratives. Experience with Fortune 1000 audiences, data security or AI/cybersecurity domains, and managing multiple executive stakeholders is expected.
