Suki is an AI-powered healthcare technology company building an Ambient Clinical Intelligence platform that reduces administrative burden on clinicians. The platform supports clinical workflows before, during, and after patient encounters, aiming to make healthcare technology invisible and assistive. As Director of Demand Generation, you will own and evolve Suki's end-to-end demand strategy across multiple revenue streams, customer segments, and commercial priorities. This is a strategic leadership role requiring both creative innovation and analytical rigor. Key responsibilities include: **Strategy & Planning**: Define and continuously refine target accounts, verticals, personas, buying committees, and qualification criteria. Own the demand generation strategy across new customer acquisition and expansion motions. Develop differentiated strategies for each revenue stream, recognizing that different audiences and go-to-market motions require distinct approaches. **Audience & Channel Development**: Identify and test new channels and creative approaches for reaching healthcare audiences beyond traditional B2B tactics. This might include unconventional account-based campaigns, executive programs, event strategies, or novel content experiences. Build integrated programs across paid, digital, content, events, ABM, and executive engagement. **Commercial Partnership**: Become a strategic expert in Suki's commercial strategy, working closely with the CRO, CGO, Sales, and other commercial leaders. Translate revenue priorities, market dynamics, competitive insights, and pipeline needs into actionable demand programs. Partner with Marketing teams including Events, Performance Marketing, Digital, Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Operations. **Analytics & Optimization**: Establish meaningful reporting across the funnel, connecting marketing engagement to meetings, opportunities, pipeline, expansion, and revenue. Go beyond topline metrics to diagnose funnel performance, identify patterns, understand why programs work or stall, and determine when pivots are needed. Build a culture of testing and experimentation, knowing when to scale, evolve, or stop investing. **Events & Field Activation**: Ensure events are integrated into broader demand strategy, from audience identification and pre-event engagement to post-event conversion. You'll work in a complex, multi-segment healthcare market where traditional channels are challenging. Success requires combining creativity, commercial instinct, experimentation, and analytical discipline to continuously answer: Who should we reach? Where can we find them? What will get their attention? What moves them through the funnel? What does the data tell us to do differently?
