Assort Health is building AI agents that create continuous conversations for patients throughout their healthcare journey. As Director of Customer Marketing & Community, you'll build the engine that transforms customer success into company growth. You'll develop trusted relationships with healthcare executives and turn their wins into compelling stories, executive advocates, reference programs, peer communities, and strategic proof points that drive new business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Advocacy Strategy: Build the operating system behind customer advocacy. Identify champions, cultivate executive relationships, coordinate advocacy requests across Sales and Marketing, and develop scalable programs that make it easy for customers to share success stories.
- Customer Programs & Community: Initiate and scale peer communities, Customer Advisory Board, and engagement programs. Recruit participants, design exceptional experiences, strengthen relationships, and facilitate conversations that support advocacy and product strategy.
- Customer Speaker Bureau: Build a pipeline of customers ready to speak at flagship events (Ascend, ViVE, HIMSS, specialty conferences), webinars, and with press. Identify readiness, prep speakers, and place them for maximum impact.
- Customer Evidence & Storytelling: Programmatize how Assort captures and tells ROI stories. Own measurement methodology, production cadence, and cross-functional workflows behind case studies, testimonials, and multimedia content used by sales, marketing, PR, and product.
- Reference Program: Build and scale the customer advocacy and reference program across Sales, analysts (KLAS, Gartner), and media. Design operating systems, matching logic, and workflows that make references scalable and exceptional.
You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Events, Brand & Communications, and Executive Leadership. As someone closest to customers, you'll uncover insights that shape product strategy while building advocacy programs that strengthen relationships and drive commercial growth.
