OneDose is an AI-driven clinical decision support and protocol management platform built for EMS agencies. The company helps paramedics and EMTs make faster, more confident clinical decisions in the field by delivering the right protocols and drug dosing information at the point of care. OneDose is early-stage and growing fast, building the infrastructure layer for pre-hospital medicine. As Director of Brand Marketing, you will own how OneDose shows up in the world and lead the marketing function. This is a hands-on role where you personally write copy, shape campaigns, and produce work rather than purely directing others. You will define and protect the brand voice, drive content, messaging, and PR, and build the storytelling engine that helps EMS directors, agency chiefs, and clinical leaders understand OneDose's value. Key responsibilities include: defining and protecting brand voice and visual identity across all customer-facing touchpoints; owning the content calendar across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), email (Mailchimp/HubSpot), and other channels; leading content strategy and personally producing a meaningful share of written, visual, and video content; developing and executing national PR strategy including pitch development and media placement; leading product launches, partnership announcements, and event activations; directing a Digital Marketing Specialist and managing relationships with creative and PR agency partners; and developing co-marketing opportunities with device companies, ePCR vendors, and associations. You will work directly with the Co-Founder and lead the marketing team day to day. The role requires 4-7 years of brand, content, or communications experience with a portfolio of personally created work. You must be excellent at the craft itself—writing, messaging, and content production—not only at directing others. Strong writing across long-form content, short-form copy, and executive communications is essential. Fluency with AI tools (Claude, AI design tools) in daily workflow is expected. Experience managing agency or contract creative resources is required. Experience in B2B, public safety, and healthcare-adjacent environments is a strong plus. Familiarity with EMS, public safety, or health technology markets is a bonus. You should be comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you build and execute process rather than just follow it.
