Fanatics is seeking a Director of Acquisition to lead customer acquisition strategy and execution for its Sportsbook and iGaming platform. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role reporting to senior leadership with direct P&L impact on the sports and casino business. You will own end-to-end acquisition strategy, focusing on cohort growth from awareness through day 14, and drive commercial outcomes including awareness, consideration, NGR (net gaming revenue), LTV, and payback period. Key responsibilities include optimizing player journeys by identifying friction points across the acquisition funnel, designing and implementing data-driven growth programs, and partnering with CRM, Media, Promotions, Analytics, and Product teams to align on strategy and execution. You will champion incentive design and personalization initiatives in collaboration with the centralized growth function, build and manage a robust experimentation roadmap with the analytics team, and develop the gaming ecosystem strategy across free-to-play, sportsbook, prediction markets, and online casino offerings. Regular forecasting and executive reporting on cohort performance and NGR contribution are core responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in growth, media, or commercial strategy, preferably in online gaming, sports betting, or digital entertainment. You should have a proven track record of driving customer value and retention through data-informed initiatives, deep expertise in player segmentation, incentives, churn prevention, and monetization in regulated environments, and strong analytical capabilities with LTV and commercial analytics. Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder influence, and program management skills are essential.
