As Director of Mid-Enterprise Sales for the Southeast region, you will report to the Regional VP of Mid-Enterprise Sales and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration in a competitive, fast-growing market.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing a comprehensive Mid-Enterprise sales strategy; hiring, coaching, and mentoring a team of Account Executives to meet/exceed sales targets; building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders; driving a channel-first go-to-market strategy with focus on channel partnerships and pipeline development; collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams on GTM execution; conducting market research and competitive analysis; and maintaining deep expertise in cybersecurity and product offerings.
You will manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through closing, ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management, represent the company at industry events, and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
The role is remote-first with a primary office in San Francisco geared toward collaboration and in-person events. Up to 30% travel may be required.
