Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a Director of Integrated and Field Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution for Development Cloud across North America. This is a strategic leadership role reporting to senior marketing leadership, responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
You will own the integrated and field marketing strategy for North America, leading planning and execution of multi-channel marketing programs including digital campaigns, account-based marketing, field events, executive programs, user conferences, webinars, customer advocacy, and sales enablement. You'll partner closely with strategy, sales, product marketing, and regional teams to ensure alignment and measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include: developing integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities; leading multi-channel campaign execution across digital, ABM, events, and advocacy; developing annual integrated marketing plans in partnership with European teams; strengthening customer engagement through executive programs and industry events; collaborating across corporate marketing, product marketing, creative, and regional teams; measuring performance and optimizing programs; and leading cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple priorities.
You will lead a team or matrix of marketing professionals, mentor team members, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Success requires translating business priorities into integrated programs, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and using data and customer insights to optimize performance. You thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments and are equally comfortable setting strategy and driving execution.
