GitGuardian is a global cybersecurity scale-up backed by top-tier VCs and co-founders of GitHub and Docker. The company helps enterprises find, prioritize, and remediate exposed secrets across code, systems, and AI. With 600K+ developers using the platform and 50 Fortune 500 customers, GitGuardian is scaling rapidly following a Series C raise in early 2026.
As Director of GTM Excellence, you will build and lead a scalable go-to-market operating model that drives consistency and quality across GitGuardian's sales, marketing, and customer success functions. You'll serve as the strategic connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, ensuring the field organization has a clear, differentiated story and the tools to execute at scale.
You will report to the VP GTM Americas and lead a growing team including a Sales Enablement Manager and GTM Programs Manager. Your core responsibilities span four areas:
GTM Narrative & Messaging: Own GitGuardian's commercial narrative and customer-facing positioning, including corporate pitch decks, executive presentations, industry-specific narratives, and sales presentations. Lead product launch messaging, competitive positioning, and battlecards. Develop sales plays, talk tracks, and executive briefing materials that reinforce value in the field.
Revenue Enablement: Own new hire onboarding, sales certification, and manager enablement programs. Drive ongoing sales training, methodology adoption, and playbook development. Lead quarterly enablement planning and product launch readiness while managing content adoption across the field.
GTM Programs: Own customer-facing programs that strengthen market presence and pipeline, including customer advocacy initiatives, sales kickoff content, and QBR materials. Drive sales and marketing alignment initiatives.
Strategic GTM Initiatives: Lead high-priority projects that improve GTM scalability, including support tier design, product-led growth routing strategy, partner program economics, commercial packaging recommendations, and territory/coverage initiatives.
You should have experience operating across multiple GTM disciplines (sales enablement, product marketing, GTM programs, strategic initiatives), a track record building executive-level presentations and positioning, and proven success creating and scaling enablement programs. Prior experience in customer success or as a sales representative is a plus. Strong executive presence, written communication, storytelling, and presentation quality are essential.
