Salary: USD 328,000 - 496,000 / annual
Cloudflare is seeking a Director of Growth Sales to lead the AI & Digital Natives segment, focusing on acquiring and expanding relationships with high-growth startup accounts. This is a people-management role where you will build and coach a world-class sales team targeting the fastest-growing AI companies and startups in the VC ecosystem.
You will own quarterly revenue targets for both new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion within the AI and startup ecosystem. Your responsibilities include recruiting and developing a high-tempo, execution-oriented sales team; articulating Cloudflare's value proposition across its connectivity cloud (Workers AI, R2 storage, network security, developer platforms); partnering with Product, Growth, and Marketing to convert self-serve developer usage into enterprise agreements; and serving as an executive sponsor for high-growth startups, founders, and VC partners.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with at least 3+ years leading sales teams. You should have a proven track record in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or developer platforms; deep understanding of modern application architecture, serverless computing, and how AI startups utilize compute and storage; active connections in the tech startup and VC ecosystems; hands-on experience with hybrid sales models blending product-led growth with top-down enterprise execution; and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous markets.
