Omada Health is seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy and commercial execution for its GLP-1 and cardiometabolic health offerings. This is a hands-on player-coach role with one direct report, combining strategic leadership with substantial individual contribution. You will serve as a strategic partner to commercial, product, and clinical leadership, translating buyer needs, competitive dynamics, and field insights into differentiated positioning and compelling value stories. Your primary responsibilities include: **Market Sensing & Strategy:** Establish a continuous feedback loop between field teams and marketing strategy. Run regular win/loss forums incorporating competitive feedback, facilitate rapid insights translation across Sales, Consultant Relations, and channel teams, and bring updated messaging back to the field for testing and refinement. **Buyer Segmentation & Positioning:** Set annual product marketing priorities for GLP-1 and cardiometabolic health, defining target segments, problems solved, and competitive differentiation. Develop distinct value stories for employers (those covering GLP-1 and those not), buyers prioritizing cost management versus population health, and adapt messaging for consultants and payers. Maintain a coherent Omada portfolio narrative with differentiated reasons to buy across audiences and channels. **Offer Clarity & Business Case:** Translate capabilities into clear, purchasable offers explaining what is included, who qualifies, access mechanisms, payment responsibility, and evidence-supported value. Co-develop packaging, pricing recommendations, comparison tools, and business-case materials with Product, Finance, and commercial partners. Ensure clinical and economic claims are credible and transparent about observed results versus modeled savings. **Sales Enablement:** Personally build and refine pitch narratives, discovery guides, competitive responses, proof points, and business-case tools. Partner with sales leaders on priority opportunities, tailoring value stories to address clinical, operational, and economic objections. Equip consultants, PBMs, and channel partners with compelling reasons and practical ways to sell Omada, including channel-specific messaging and materials. **Launch Readiness:** Support commercial readiness for new GLP-1 and cardiometabolic offerings, aligning offer, messaging, evidence, training, channel materials, and member communications. Establish KPIs measuring buyer understanding, field readiness, competitive conversion, and adoption rather than simply output metrics. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you balance coaching one direct report with substantial hands-on delivery, translating complex clinical and economic information into clear, credible content tailored to different buyers. **Requirements:** - 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in healthcare and life sciences - Experience in virtual care, digital health, health plans, PBMs, or pharma preferred - Demonstrated track record shaping product marketing strategies that help sales teams compete in complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes - Understanding of how employers, health plans, PBMs, and benefits consultants evaluate clinical and economic value - Strength in buyer research, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, product launches, and sales enablement - Ability to set clear direction and personally deliver high-impact work (presentations, business cases, competitive responses, launch messaging) on lean teams in weeks, not quarters - Experience working directly with sales and customer-facing teams to turn deal-level feedback into actionable insights and repeatable selling approaches - Ability to translate complex clinical, product, and economic information into clear, credible, buyer-tailored content - Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and align teams across commercial, product, clinical, and marketing without formal authority - Direct experience managing and developing marketing talent, balancing coaching with individual contribution - Experience defining KPIs and using qualitative and quantitative feedback to assess effectiveness - Bachelor's degree in a related field
