You will lead Airwallex's global Performance Marketing function, owning strategy, channel performance, investment efficiency, and innovation across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging digital platforms. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring balance between strategic vision and execution excellence. Key responsibilities include: defining global performance marketing strategy and channel mix; setting quarterly and annual growth objectives; leading budget planning and forecasting aligned with Finance and Revenue goals; developing scalable testing frameworks for creative, targeting, and messaging; partnering with Regional Marketing Directors (APAC, EMEA, ANZ, Americas) on localized execution; owning performance KPIs (CAC, LTV:CAC, pipeline contribution, ROI); overseeing multi-channel execution across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms; building end-to-end attribution models and multi-touch reporting dashboards; implementing value-based bidding and advanced data integrations with CRM systems; establishing incrementality testing and cohort-based CAC tracking; evaluating emerging AI and automation tools; building and leading a global team of channel managers, strategists, and analysts; partnering with Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative teams; and driving operational excellence through documentation, dashboards, and cross-regional enablement. You will mentor and coach team members, cultivating a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and accountability. The role requires deep collaboration with Analytics, RevOps, SEO, Web, Lifecycle, and CRO teams to maximize funnel efficiency and drive scalable growth.
