Gatik AI is the leader in autonomous middle-mile logistics, revolutionizing B2B supply chain with its autonomous transportation-as-a-service (ATaaS) solution. The company operates Level 4 autonomous trucks commercially deployed across major markets including Texas, Arkansas, and Ontario, Canada, with partnerships including Walmart.
As Director of FP&A, you will own financial data, reporting, and insights that drive decision-making across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take a hands-on approach to building and enhancing reporting capabilities using the company's ERP system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and generate ERP-based financial and operational reporting across Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and HR functions
- Maintain and refine the company's financial forecasts, including financial statements, liquidity requirements, and leasing activities
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, and cross-functional teams to understand business developments and improve projection accuracy
- Develop regional KPI reporting to measure performance, efficiency, and profitability of individual networks
- Build and maintain dashboards providing leadership with visibility into key financial and operating metrics
- Support timely preparation of financial statements from trial balance and ERP system, including consolidation activities
- Prepare Board and investor materials
- Play a key role in monthly and quarterly close activities
This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days/week) based in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate is a highly capable finance professional with strong ERP expertise, financial modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
