CertifyOS is building data infrastructure for modern healthcare, automating provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring through an API-first platform. As Director of FP&A, you will report directly to the SVP of Finance and serve as the strategic architect of financial planning during a Series B hyper-growth phase. You will own the complete FP&A function: building forward-looking financial models, long-range planning infrastructure, and operational dashboards that drive capital efficiency and revenue expansion. Your role bridges finance and strategy—you'll be a core thought partner to the C-suite, translating complex financial data into actionable growth strategies and identifying unit economic improvements, margin expansion opportunities, and optimal capital allocation. Key responsibilities include owning the multi-year financial model, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis across complex revenue structures (SaaS, usage-based, hybrid). You'll build dynamic scenario-based models to stress-test business assumptions and standardize core metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC payback, LTV:CAC) across departments. You'll embed directly with Growth, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to accelerate revenue velocity and establish clear operational KPIs. You'll design and implement a modern FP&A tech stack (CPM/planning tools, BI dashboards, ERP integrations), transitioning from manual spreadsheets to real-time analytics with an AI-first mindset. You'll own monthly executive dashboards, quarterly Board presentations, and investor communications, framing complex insights into compelling narratives for leadership and institutional investors. Over time, you'll recruit and mentor a lean FP&A team, though this starts as an individual contributor role. Required: 8–12+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ years pure-play FP&A and strategic finance leadership scaling B2B SaaS or HealthTech. You need proven track record as a proactive strategic business partner to C-level executives, deep expertise in enterprise SaaS unit economics and go-to-market mechanics, demonstrated mastery of AI/systems/automation in financial processes, and direct Board-level communication experience. HealthTech domain experience is preferred.
