Prenuvo is transforming healthcare through proactive, preventive whole-body MRI scanning combined with AI-driven clinical insights. The company operates a network of clinics globally and is modernizing radiology and clinical operations through software, automation, and artificial intelligence.
As Director of FP&A – Revenue, you will own the complete revenue forecasting, planning, and performance analytics function for the company. This is a highly visible strategic role reporting to senior leadership and the Board, requiring strong financial judgment, operational curiosity, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Revenue Planning & Forecasting:** Build and maintain driver-based financial models connecting leads, bookings, cancellations, completed scans, pricing, discounts, product/channel mix, location capacity, and revenue recognition. Own annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-range plans, and scenario analyses. Develop forecasts segmented by location, geography, product, customer type, and acquisition channel. Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, Growth Marketing, and Accounting teams to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment.
**Performance Management & Business Partnership:** Serve as the Finance lead partner to Sales, Marketing, and Expansion teams. Lead weekly and monthly revenue performance reviews, identifying operational drivers behind variances. Translate commercial and operating data into insights on demand, conversion, utilization, capacity, pricing, mix, customer behavior, and unit economics. Identify emerging risks and opportunities early. Partner with Marketing on acquisition efficiency and customer lifetime value; partner with Product on business cases for new offerings.
**Executive & Board Reporting:** Develop concise, decision-oriented revenue reporting for executives and the Board. Create clear bridges explaining changes in revenue outlook (volume, price, mix, timing, capacity, execution). Communicate complex findings accessibly and ensure consistency across forecasts, dashboards, and Board materials.
**Analytics, Systems & Team Leadership:** Define source-of-truth metrics, reporting standards, and controls. Improve forecasting accuracy and scalability through stronger processes, automation, data governance, and planning tools. Manage and develop one direct report (Manager of FP&A). Collaborate with Data and Technology teams on data quality and self-service analytics. Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
You will need 7+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
