As Director of Enterprise Sales for the Southeast region, you will report to the VP of Enterprise Sales and drive revenue growth by building and leading a high-performing Account Executive team. You will be responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, expanding the sales pipeline, and driving regional market penetration in a competitive, fast-growing environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive regional sales strategy focused on landing new logos and expanding existing accounts; hiring, leading, coaching, and mentoring Account Executives through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; owning key regional customer relationships with CISOs and security leaders; leading deal strategy including account planning, multi-threading, and competitive positioning; driving a channel-first sales motion with regional strategic partners; partnering with Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on regional GTM alignment; and providing market insights to inform product strategy and competitive differentiation.
You will bring 3+ years of front-line sales management experience successfully leading enterprise sales teams in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS, with a foundational background in enterprise sales and a proven history of closing complex deals with large ACVs. You demonstrate strong team-building capabilities, experience with partner ecosystems, sales discipline in forecasting and pipeline management, data-driven leadership, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is required.
The role is remote-first with an office in San Francisco for collaboration and in-person events. Up to 30% travel is required to be successful.
