Clio is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale the Enterprise Account Executive team in New York City. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving sales of Clio's AI-powered legal technology solutions to prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments.
In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed quota and deliver outsized results. You'll drive strategy and execution across top-tier named accounts, refine repeatable sales motions, and partner with your team on high-impact conversations with senior decision-makers including managing partners, general counsel, and C-suite executives. You'll create a culture of excellence centered on value-based, consultative selling approaches.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Legal Architects, product, R&D, marketing, and customer success to shape solutions and ensure unified go-to-market execution. You've earned trust and built strong executive-level relationships within AmLaw 100 firms or Fortune 500 corporate legal departments. You excel at navigating complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals with long sales cycles and significant deal values. You possess strong leadership presence, exceptional communication and coaching skills, and comfort operating in rapidly evolving environments. You're willing to travel to support team members, attend client meetings, and represent Clio at strategic events. You have a growth mindset regarding process improvement and emerging technologies, particularly AI.

Compensation includes competitive salary, top-tier health benefits, flexible time off (20 days encouraged annually), 401k matching, EAP benefits, and recognition programs. The company is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
