Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of EMEA Connected Warfare Growth to drive sales and business development across Europe and the Middle East. This is an individual-contributor sales role reporting to the Head of Growth for International Connected Warfare, with responsibility for hunting and closing new business in the region.
Connected Warfare builds the software and hardware substrate for global, multi-domain command and control (C2)—joint, time-sensitive, connected mesh ecosystems that link robots, humans, and sensors across every domain. The division includes the Voyager team, which delivers ruggedized computing and communications platforms for the network edge.
You will stand up and execute the Connected Warfare growth strategy across Europe and the Middle East, identifying, qualifying, shaping, and closing complex opportunities with Allied nations. This involves navigating international procurement cycles and sovereign requirements to secure long-term programs of record. You'll run a dual-track motion: hunting and closing net-new customers while partnering with delivery teams to scale and expand current contracts.
Key responsibilities include mapping customer requirements and building working understanding of regional defense requirements, security constraints, and legacy architectures. You'll demonstrate how Anduril's open architecture integrates with sovereign systems to solve operational problems. You'll identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, resellers, system integrators, and European primes, coordinating with Anduril's Global Defense team on teaming agreements.
You'll maintain close working relationships across business line and division leadership, growth, programs, engineering, and corporate functions to shape opportunities and unblock execution. You'll hit financial performance targets, build multi-year plans, and provide leadership with long-term growth and product strategy for Connected Warfare in the region. You'll also translate region-specific mission profiles, sovereign cloud requirements, and degraded-network realities back into the product roadmap, and represent Anduril to senior military officials, procurement officers, and partners.
Day-to-day activities include using Salesforce as the system of record, partnering with Sales Engineering to refine customer solutions, performing live and static demonstrations, creating and delivering tailored client presentations and proposals, and identifying regional contract vehicles such as NATO frameworks and national procurement programs.
