Salary: USD 182,800 - 210,000 / annual

Spring Health is a global mental health platform on a mission to eliminate barriers to mental health. As Director of Downstream Product Marketing, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution across the full revenue lifecycle—new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, Enablement & Creative Brand Studio, you will partner closely with revenue leadership to define compelling stories, proof points, and assets that enable customer-facing teams to win, retain, and grow business. Key responsibilities include: - Owning go-to-market motions across new business, renewals, and upsell; representing Product Marketing in revenue leadership discussions - Partnering with revenue, enablement, and growth marketing leaders to define messaging, campaign themes, and research priorities - Leading Product Marketing's partnership with Communications and PR on spokesperson campaigns and visibility initiatives - Building and refining an AI-native production engine with agents and workflows that transform approved messaging into winning, on-brand assets at scale - Leading, developing, and prioritizing the downstream Product Marketing team with clear operating models and high standards Success is measured by strong adoption of go-to-market materials across the revenue organization, reduced asset production time through AI-enabled workflows while maintaining quality and brand consistency, high-quality sales materials that strengthen competitive positioning, and consistent on-time delivery of priority programs aligned to revenue milestones. You bring 10+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments, 4+ years leading high-performing teams, and a proven track record owning go-to-market strategy across the full revenue lifecycle. You have deep cross-functional partnership experience with sales, customer success, enablement, growth marketing, communications, and creative teams. Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills are essential, along with hands-on experience using generative AI and agentic tools to improve marketing workflows. Strong analytical abilities to connect marketing activity to business outcomes, proactive program leadership with complex stakeholders, and willingness to travel approximately 15% annually are required. Nice-to-have experience includes mental health, healthcare, employee benefits, or regulated industry backgrounds, and experience marketing to complex B2B2C audiences including employers, consultants, health plans, providers, and consumers.
