Klue is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to lead the company's go-to-market engine and bridge marketing output with sales pipeline. This is a hands-on operating role, not a support function, where you'll own end-to-end campaign execution across email, paid, and webinars while managing the SDR function and marketing operations.
Key responsibilities include: owning demand generation campaigns from concept through launch, managing Klue's full event calendar (keynotes, sponsorships, booths, follow-up campaigns), directing the SDR manager and setting quarterly strategy around targeting and talk tracks, providing day-to-day marketing ops leadership, and developing AI workflows to improve operational efficiency.
You'll work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to ensure marketing activity reliably converts to qualified pipeline. Success is measured by month-over-month pipeline growth, sales pipeline contribution, ROI on marketing spend, team performance improvements, and event impact on lead generation and revenue.
Required experience: running multi-channel B2B SaaS demand gen campaigns end-to-end, coordinating with sales/SDR teams on targeting and messaging, planning and executing in-person and virtual events, operating effectively with lean teams and limited budgets, and managing or closely overseeing another person's work.
Nice-to-have skills include direct management of an SDR manager, community or creator partnership program experience, and prior experience navigating budget cuts or team downsizing.
Klue operates office-first with hybrid flexibility, working together in Vancouver (HQ), Toronto, and London offices on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The company emphasizes high performance, career development, and a startup-like environment where ideas matter and you can shape outcomes.
